Chamboree 2018

Dear Parents & Scouts

We are excited to be attending Chamboree 2018 and hope that as many of our Scouts as possible will be able to attend the event.

In addition to the letters issued to all parents, the primary details of the camp are as follows:

LOCATION: Cheshire Showground, Flittogate Ln, Tabley, Knutsford WA16 0HJ

DATES: Saturday 28th July 2018 to Saturday 4th August 2018

COST: £250 per young person (£50 deposit payable by 24th November 2017 - and please make payment direct to the Scout Section Leaders)

Please note the information regarding costs in the covering letter, along with the planned activities to fundraise and subsidise the cost quite significantly for all of those attending. In all cases, can we please ask parents to ensure that cost is not a reason for young members not attending this event - please speak to Hawkeye.

TRANSPORT: All members will need to be transported to and from camp by parents, car sharing where possible, and we will do our best to see if transport can be made available by the group minibus (any problems please speak to us).

How to book your child's place: please complete & submit the form below - deadline for booking places is Monday 23rd October 2018.

Updates: information will continue to be issued to all participants and parents over the months ahead, with final details being issued closer to the event.
