The election of members to the Group Executive Committee is decided by a majority vote from members of the Scout Group and Scout Group Council. In the event of a tied decision on vote there may be a further round of voting to seek resolution during the AGM to be held on Monday 18th September 2017. This round of online voting will close ahead of this years AGM, at midday on Sunday 17th September 2017 to allow for the votes to be counted,
